Strategic Design: I thrive in the process of analyzing learner needs and consulting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate their knowledge into impactful, high-retention learning experiences.

 

Core Methodologies: My practice is anchored in Backward Design principles, focusing on clear learning objectives and results-driven outcomes. I use the ADDIE and SAM models as appropriate, and the Kirkpatrick for evaluating effectiveness. I have a deep commitment to accessibility and creating universally usable learning content.
