Brewing Intuition Employee Training
An owner of a local shop needed to formalize her intuitive processes to free up time for creativity. I consulted with the owner and her employees to design and develop an evergreen e-learning training that documented best practices for key tasks. The resulting solution, including a training video and supplementary print materials, empowers current and future employees to perform their jobs with confidence, increasing overall shop efficiency and productivity.

Accessibility Training for Educators
During website training I was facilitating, I discovered that many fine arts educators lacked the skills to create accessible web content. I designed and developed a modular training video that teaches them how to apply accessibility best practices using their existing tools.
