WCAG Accessibility Training

I designed and delivered a blended accessibility learning solution for a public university, focused on helping faculty create and remediate accessible Microsoft Word documents ahead of WCAG 2.1 compliance deadlines. This project combines needs analysis, live virtual facilitation, task-based video training, and just-in-time performance supports to reduce overwhelm and support real-world application. The work highlights my approach to designing practical, accessible learning that fits existing workflows and drives sustained adoption.

Removing Barriers in

Digital Content

A university team needed clear, practical guidance to respond to increasingly specific accessibility questions from their learning community. I designed and delivered a focused training on applying ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 Level AA to real-world scenarios. Rather than presenting the guidelines in isolation, the session translates compliance requirements into everyday content decisions staff regularly navigate. The resulting experience equips participants to identify barriers, apply relevant success criteria, and provide confident, actionable guidance that supports meaningful access.

Brewing Intuition
Employee Training

An owner of a local shop needed to formalize her intuitive processes to free up time for creativity. I consulted with the owner and her employees to design and develop an evergreen e-learning training that documented best practices for key tasks. The resulting solution, including a training video and supplementary print materials, empowers current and future employees to perform their jobs with confidence, increasing overall shop efficiency and productivity.

Fine Arts Program Training and Resource Guides

Designed for Fine Arts educators in a local school district, this Canvas course centralizes critical information on websites, budgeting, and facility rentals. The course provides interactive videos and guides, ensuring educators can quickly access essential resources and streamline administrative tasks.

Accessibility Audits

I evaluate digital learning and web content through both standards-based and user-centered lenses. Audits identify structural, visual, and interaction barriers and provide prioritized, implementation-ready recommendations. My approach emphasizes sustainable accessibility practices embedded within the design process.
